These dues are for Kansas City Branch membership only and does not include membership in National AALAS.

I (we) hereby apply for membership in the KCAALAS branch of the American Association of Laboratory Animal Science.

Instructions for adding members to form:
1. Enter company info. Choose your pricing.
- If you choose Individual, enter information, click “add to cart”. Check out.
- If you choose Institutional, enter information, click “add to cart”, in cart check “continue shopping”, choose Institutional again and fill out next members information only (you do not need to enter company information again). Continue to do this until all members are added. Check out.
- If you choose Vendor or Corporate rate, enter information for one member, click “add to cart”. Check out. Send a list of additional members’ information to news@kcaalas.org.
